HOW DOES THIS ACTIVE GPS TRACKER WORK?
The GL Miniature GPS Tracker requires a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract. Once activated, you can send the information and valuable data to the servers that can store this valuable data for up to one year.
The GL tracker uses a secondary GSM localization function to continue tracking even when the GPS signal is lost. Both tracking live and auditing recorded information can be performed through the application while reviewing and downloading the full report. Both of which are accessible through the intuitive web interface.
The device provides up to 400 hours of standby time with a 120-hour drive-time battery. The built-in power management features an internal 3-axis accelerometer, which keeps the update intervals consistent for more accurate information. When the device is not in motion, it will go into a low-power state to conserve battery.
Multiple tracking devices can be added to the same account, and all information can be categorized and navigated. Alerts can be set specifically for each device, with a custom notification notifying of an entry or exit event and low battery.
